The pre-trip plans are well under way but as usual not going quite as planned. Yesterday Glenn uncovered the A and got her out in the drive. She started up no problem at all and he got her up to running temperature, checked for leaks, squeaks and creeks and we are "A" OK :-) Yeah.
This morning he went up for the trailer, so that he could work on it this afternoon. All the way up to Utopia and there was a problem with the hitch .. UGH! After much fussing with it and trying all the tricks of the trade that he had at his disposal he came home without the trailer .. ARGH!!! Don't tell me we are going to another MARC meet without our A??? :-(
Don't worry though, home again with TAP and DYE and a bucket of WD40 and the problem is now solved. So he'll be back again this afternoon to hopefully bring the trailer home and then we are ready to go.
Tomorrow morning will be an early start to meet up with Andrew at Tiff at the Duty Free to stock up on supplies at 9:00. We hope to make it well into West Virginia tomorrow and I shall update you at that point.
