Yes, it’s been a while but to be honest with you there really have not been a lot of tours to report on. We have had to short but sweet tours. The first led by Don and Anne to Glen Williams where we took some lovely roads to Glen Williams stopping at some antique stores on the way, and then enjoying a really tasty lunch at the bakery in Glen Williams before going to the big antique market. I’m not sure if anyone but Glenn found any treasures (his long lost Stella Artois glass which I had broken a few years ago) but as always great company and a fun day.
The a few weeks ago Bill and Sue led us on a tour up to a Chili and RIbfest somewhere on the shores of Southern Georgian Bay, another beautiful drive with a stop for ice cream and of course more food when we got to the festival.
Other than that no tours and none planned other than the “Get Away in a Model A” on August 19th in Goderich.
We are going on our own holiday next week though and heading to Finger Lakes, Maine and of course the inevitable Vermont. I am really hoping to redeem my blogging skills on this vacation but ... well – only time will tell J
