Patiently waiting

It’s Sunday morning the sun is shining; I can feel the warmth of it through the window and know that once again a beautiful day or at least morning lies ahead of us. It would be a great day to be driving a Model A, still a bit cool for those with open cars, but finding a nice pub, with a fireplace to warm up by would make the chill in the air more bearable.
Yet, we wait patiently for the weather to warm a little more, the sand, salt and grit of winter to be washed off the roads and the official touring season to start in 12 days.
I am sure some Model A’ers will be out for drives over the past few days though or at the very least out in their garages working on the vehicles to make sure they are safe and reliable for the upcoming season.
So .. we wait .. patiently ... tapping fingers.
